The Trauma Healing Institute is a division of the Biofeedback Counseling Center specializing in counseling and therapy for trauma of all kinds, panic attacks, anxiety, natural disasters, motor vehicle accidents, and abuse. The Trauma Healing Institute offers intensive, yet gentle healing programs including EMDR, IFS Therapy, Peter Levine's Somatic Experiencing Trauma Therapy and biofeedback. The Trauma Healing Institute is a regional care provider located in the Southern Indiana, Louisville, Kentucky area. Weekend appointments available for out-of-town clients residing in Evansville, Indianapolis, Kentucky, Missouri and Ohio (Cincinnati and surrounding counties).
Krystal Angevine, LCSW, LCAC, BCB-N, Therapist, Counselor
Krystal Angevine, LCSW, LCAC, the founder of the Biofeedback Counseling Center, brings to clients the knowledge and skills learned from 30 years of experience in holistic healing. She has searched for the most effective therapies and offers two deep-healing modalities, Somatic Experiencing Trauma Therapy (SE) and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) that have been helpful for many people. In addition, Krystal is Board Certified in Biofeedback and Neurofeedback. Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy is provided for improving relationships through couples or marriage therapy. Together, or individually these therapies can form the foundation of a healing path.
Krystal is a prevous recipient of the Indiana Health Care Social Worker of the Year award. She has been an invited speaker at National and International conferences.

Intensive Programs Trauma Healing Institute
Weekend 4-12 hour individual therapy (Includes Somatic Experiencing, IFS, and biofeedback) Usually divided into 4-6 hours on Saturday and 4-6 hours on Sunday.
Week-long Monday-Friday 8-30 hour individual therapy (Includes Somatic Experiencing, IFS, and biofeedback) Usually broken into 2-6 hours per day.The intensive programs are designed to be convenient for persons coming from out of town. Our office is in a suburb outside of Louisville, Kentucky with many entertainment sites and good restaurants.
